The educational qualification is different for each post. For the categories the general eligibility is as follows:

• Manager / Junior Manager / Assistant Manager: You need to have a graduation degree in a related field and banking or co-operative experience where it is applicable.

• Stenographer: You need to have a graduation degree and shorthand speed in Hindi or English.
• Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical): You need to have a diploma or B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Assistant Engineer: You need to have a B.Tech or B.E. Degree in a branch.

• First you have to go to the website which is https://www.upcisb.upsdc.gov.in.
• On the homepage you will see a button that says “APPLY ONLINE”. You have to click on this button.
• Then you have to go to the “Click for New Registration” tab.
• Here you have to fill in your name, email id and mobile number.
• The system will generate a registration number and password for you. Make sure you note this down.
• After that you have to login and fill the application form.
• You also have to upload your photo, signature left thumb impression and handwritten declaration.
• The photo should be 4.5×3.5 cm in size.
• Then you have to fill in your post or institution preference. Remember you cannot change this later.
• After that you have to pay the application fee online.
