LIC HFL Junior Assistant Salary 2026 – CTC and In-Hand Pay

The remuneration structure for Junior Assistants is divided into 3 city categories based on the location of posting. The basic pay across all categories is ₹20,000 per month.

In addition to the above, Junior Assistants are eligible for Gratuity, Staff Housing Loan Scheme, and Performance Linked Incentive as per applicable company rules. Annual increments of up to 10% of the Basic Pay are provided based on quarterly and annual performance. Lease facility and staff quarter facility are not applicable for this cadre.

The probation period is 6 months from the date of joining, which may be extended as per company rules.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a Graduate degree in any discipline from a university recognised by the Government of India. A minimum aggregate of 55% marks is mandatory. Courses completed through correspondence, distance mode, or part-time programmes are not eligible.

The final result must have been declared on or before 01 April 2026. Where CGPA or OGPA is awarded, it must be converted into a percentage as per the university norms and indicated in the online application.

Note on Percentage Calculation: The percentage is calculated by dividing the total marks obtained in all subjects across all semesters/years by the aggregate maximum marks, multiplied by 100. A fraction of percentage will be ignored — i.e., 54.99% will be treated as less than 55%.
