Urgent: Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU), Udaipur has officially opened the MLSU Admission Form 2026-27 for the new academic session. Currently, applications are OPEN and closing very soon for two courses:

• Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA) — Last Date: 08 May 2026
• B.Tech (Civil, CS, Electrical, Mechanical) — Last Date: 10 May 2026

MLSU Three Official Portals – Which One to Use?

This is the part that really confuses students. The fact that Mohan Lal Sukhadia University uses three websites for different things. I have not found any site that explains this clearly:

• For official notices and last dates → Check mlsu.ac.in
• Never confuse the exam portal with the admission portal — they are different systems

Warning from MLSU: When you pick a course, on the admission portal and send in the form you can not change the course or subject afterwards. If you send in the information it will not be accepted and you will not get your money back. So you need to think carefully about what course you want before you click the Submit button.

B.Tech Note:

• To get into B.Tech at MLSU you need to go through counselling.
• This is not an admission process, by the university.
• You must have a JEE Main score.
• Also you have to participate in the counselling process, which is conducted by the Government of Rajasthan.
• Just filling out the MLSU form does not guarantee a B.Tech seat.
• You have to complete the counselling process to confirm your B.Tech admission.

MLSU Entrance Exams Guide 2026 – Which Exam for Which Course?

This section is what most competitors completely skip — here is the complete entrance exam map:

For undergraduate courses like Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of Commerce Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Business Administration Bachelor of Computer Application and Bachelor of Visual Arts: you do not need to take an entrance exam. The college will admit you based on how you did in Class 12.

For postgraduate courses, like Master of Arts and Master of Science: you also do not need to take an entrance exam. The college will decide if they want to admit you based on the marks you got in your graduation.

MLSU Admission Selection Process 2026 – How It Works

For Merit-Based Courses like BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA, BVA, MA, MSc

• You need to apply at mlsuadmissions.sumsraj.com before the last date.
• The university makes a list of students based on their Class 12 or graduation marks.
• Students who are selected are called for Counselling. To verify their documents.
• Then you have to pay the course fee and complete the admission process at the designated centre.
• After that your admission is confirmed.
• For Entrance Exam Based Courses like B.Tech, MBA, LLB, MCA, PhD

Lets look at B.Tech first.

• To get into B.Tech you need to do in JEE Main.
• Then you have to register for REAP at reapraj.ac.in.
• You have to fill in your college and branch preferences on the website.
• The seats in MLSU campus are given out through counselling.
• After that you have to go to MLSU with your documents and pay the fee.
• For MBA you need to do in RMAT or CAT or MAT or XAT or CMAT.
• Then you have to apply for the MLSU MBA programme on the admission website.
• You may have to attend a group discussion and a personal interview at MLSU.
• The list of selected students is made based on your entrance score and interview.

For LLB or BALLB the application form for MLSULET will be out in May 2026.

• The exam will be in mode in July 2026.
• The list of students is made based on the MLSULET score.
• Then there is counselling and document verification.
• After that you have to pay the fee. Your admission is confirmed.

For PhD you have to apply through the MLSU RET notification on mlsu.ac.in.

• You have to appear for the Research Entrance Test. You can use your UGC or CSIR NET score.
• You have to do in the RET written test.
• Then you have to attend an interview in the department.
• The final admission is based on how you do, in the RET and the interview.

How to Fill MLSU Admission Form 2026 – A Simple Guide

Step 1: Visit the Official Admission Portal

Go to mlsuadmissions.sumsraj.com on your browser. Do not use the exam portal (mlsuexamination.sumsraj.com) as it is a system.

Step 2: New Registration

Click on “New Registration / Sign Up“. Enter your name, mobile number, email ID. Create a password. You will get an OTP on your registered mobile for verification.

Step 3: Login to Portal

After registering log in using your registered mobile/email and password.

Step 4: Select Course

Look at the list of courses and select your desired programme and specialisation carefully.

This is very important: Once you select a course and proceed you cannot change it. MLSU does not allow course changes or refunds for selection. Read the eligibility criteria for your chosen MLSU course before selecting.

Step 5: Fill Application Form

Enter all details academic qualifications, category and other required information. Fill every field carefully. Match details with your Class 10 12 or graduation documents.

Step 6: Upload Documents

Upload scanned copies of:

• Passport-size photograph (colour, background, recent)
• Signature (/black ink on white paper)
• Class 10 marksheet
• Class 12 / Graduation marksheet (as applicable)
• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS. If applicable)
• Domicile certificate (Rajasthan, if applicable)
• Entrance exam scorecard (JEE, RMAT, etc.. If applicable)

Step 7: Pay Application Fee

Pay the MLSU application fee through the gateway on the portal (Net Banking, UPI, Debit/Credit Card). The fee amount is displayed at the time of submission.

The application fee is ₹100/- for General and OBC candidates and same for SC/ST as, per the portal.

Step 8: Final Submit

Review all entered information thoroughly. Click Submit. Once submitted no changes are possible.

Step 9: Print Application

Download. Print the filled MLSU application form. Keep it safe. You will need it at the time of document verification and counselling.
