  • On the homepage you will see “Online Admission 2026-27” or “New Registration”. Click on this.
  • Now you have to register with your name, mobile number, email id and aadhaar number.
  • You will get an OTP to verify your number. Also keep your PPP ready because you will need it at this stage.
  • After registering you will get a registration number and password. Use these to login. Then fill the application form with your personal details what you scored in class 10th your address and your category.
  • Next you have to fill your trade and ITI preferences. You have to enter the ITI institutes and trades you like in order of priority. This is an important step because where you get allotted depends on your preferences and merit.
  • Now you have to upload some documents like your passport photo, signature, class 10th marksheet, domicile or Parivar Pehchan Patra and caste certificate if you have one. Also upload your aadhaar card.
  • After uploading the documents you have to pay the application fee. The fee is 100 rupees for male candidates 50 rupees for sc/st male candidates and no fee for all female candidates. You can pay using upi, net banking or debit card.
  • Once you have paid the fee click on submit. Then. Save the application confirmation receipt which has your application number.
  • In July 2026 you have to check the merit list on admissions.itiharyana.gov.in. If your name is in the list you have to confirm your seat during the allotment round.

You have to fill your trade preferences carefully because once you submit them you may not be able to change them. So put your desired trade and ITI first.
