These centres are usually engineering colleges or institutions with good facilities.

There are two lists of exam centres:

  • A tentative list. This comes out a weeks before exams.

It helps students know where they might have their exam.

Colleges can tell AKTU if there are mistakes in this list.

  • A final list. This comes out after AKTU fixes all the mistakes.
  • This is the centre that’s on the students admit card.
  • The final exam centre for each student for the Semester 2026 exams is on their admit card.
  • The exams are from 7 May to 6 June 2026.

Before You Download – 3 Things That MUST Be Ready

This section explains three conditions. If any of these conditions are not met your admit card might not be. Will show a “Withheld” status.

Condition 1 – Exam Form Submitted and Fee Payment Reconciled

You must have filled out your Even Semester exam form. Paid the fee. The university uses a system that takes up to 48 hours to update your payment details.

  • If your payment was deducted but the status still shows “Failed” do not pay again.
  • Wait 24–48 hours. Check again.
  • If still unresolved contact your colleges ERP coordinator with your bank transaction ID.

Condition 2 – ABC ID (APAAR ID) Linked and Verified

From the 2025-26 session AKTU requires every student to link their 12-digit ABC ID (also called APAAR ID) to their ERP profile.

If your dashboard shows “Pending” of “Verified” under ABC ID status your admit card may:

  • Not generate at all
  • Or generate with a “Withheld” flag. Which means it will not be accepted at the exam center.

How to link ABC ID:

  • Log into ERP
  • Go to Student Profile
  • Click on ABC ID Entry
  • Enter your 12-digit ABC/APAAR ID
  • The system will verify it against the ABC registry

Note:

  • ABC ID (Academic Bank of Credits) is a government initiative.
  • You can generate your ABC ID at abc.gov.in using your Aadhaar-linked number.

Condition 3 – Registered Mobile Number Active (, for OTP)

AKTU ERP now uses Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for every login.

If your registered mobile number is:

  • Switched off
  • Ported to an operator (and not updated in ERP)
  • Inactive / unreachable

You will not receive the OTP and will be unable to log into the portal.

In this case contact your colleges ERP coordinator who can update the registered number from the institutes admin panel.

AKTU Admit Card for Fresher / First-Year Students

First-year students often face a specific issue — their admit card is not visible in the student ERP dashboard. This is normal and does not mean you are not eligible.

Freshers whose data has not yet synced to the central ERP may find their admit card uploaded inside the Institute/College ERP login rather than the student dashboard. In this case, visit your college registrar or ERP coordinator directly — they can print it from the institutional portal. This is normal and not a system error.

What to do if you are a fresher and admit card is not showing:

  • Do NOT re-submit your exam form or make a duplicate payment
  • Visit your college’s ERP coordinator / registrar immediately
  • They have access through the Institute ERP login and can print your admit card on your behalf
