Selection Process – UP Anganwadi Worker Online Form 2026

The Bijnor Anganwadi Bharti 2026 does not have a written examination. The selection is based on merit. This means your academic marks are very important.

The merit list is prepared in the way as per the official Bijnor notification:

For Anganwadi Worker (Karyakatri):

  • The merit list is made based on the Intermediate (percentage that you got.
  • If two people have the Intermediate marks then the marks they got in 10th are also considered.
  • If the marks are still the same after adding both then the person with an educational qualification, like a graduate gets chosen first.
  • If the age is also the same then the older person gets picked first.

For Anganwadi Helper (Sahayika):

  • The merit list is based on the High School (marks you got.
  • If there is a tie then the same rules are applied to break the tie.
  • You do not have to give any interviews or written tests for UP Bijnor Anganwadi Bharti 2026.
  • Your academic marks are everything so you should apply carefully. Upload the correct documents.

Priority / Reservation Rules (As Per Official Notification)

Priority and Reservation Rules are really important to understand. The Bijnor DPO notification tells us exactly who gets picked first.

The first priority is for a woman who lives below the poverty line and is a widow or divorcee or separated. She must live in the Gram Sabha area and there should be no other woman like her from that area who is applying.

If they cannot find a woman like that then they look for a widow or divorcee or separated woman from the Gram Sabha area but this time it does not matter if she is below the poverty line or not.

If they still cannot find someone, any woman from the same Gram Sabha area can apply, as long as she meets all the other requirements.

There are some rules to keep in mind.

  • To prove that a woman is a widow they need to see her husbands death certificate and the family register from the Gram Panchayat or Urban Body.
  • To prove that a woman is divorced or separated they need to see a court order, which’s a legal document from a judge.
  • If a woman says she lives below the poverty line she needs to show a certificate that proves it.

These rules are important because they mean that even if you did well in school a poor widow from your Gram Sabha area might get picked before you. So you should think about this before you apply for something. The Bijnor DPO notification and the priority rules are clear: a BPL widow from the Gram Sabha gets priority over others no matter what their academic marks are. The priority rules and reservation rules are, in place to help women like the BPL widow get the help they need.
