Bank of Baroda Wealth Management Recruitment 2026 – Educational Qualification

Mandatory for all 4 positions: A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India / Government bodies / AICTE.

Desirable (not mandatory): 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management (MBA or equivalent). Regulatory certifications such as NISM or IRDA are also preferred.

Post-qualification experience of less than 6 months in any organization as on 01.03.2026 will not be counted for eligibility. Experience in the Clerical cadre is also excluded from the calculation.

Nature of Employment

  • Engagement is as an Officer on Contractual Basis (OCB) — not a permanent government bank job.
  • Initial contract period: 5 years from the date of joining.
  • Contract can be extended for an additional maximum of 5 years, subject to satisfactory performance and Bank’s discretion.
  • Engagement is valid till the candidate reaches 60 years of age or until contract expiry, whichever is earlier.
  • Selected candidates will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Remuneration

Salary is not fixed — it will be offered based on the candidate’s qualifications, overall experience, last drawn CTC, and prevailing market benchmarks. Candidates are required to submit salary slips and CTC breakup documents at the time of application. The bank reserves the right to make an offer based on its internal pay structure.

BOB WMS Vacancy 2026 – CIBIL Score Requirement
