1. Research & Development (Propellant)

• R&D activities related to propellants, explosives, and gunpowders
• Formulation, characterization, and performance evaluation of propellant systems
• Process innovation for safety, efficiency, and reliability in production
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams for R&D-to-production translation

Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in propellant/explosive manufacturing in an R&D role.

2. Quality Control (Laboratory)

• Testing of raw materials for propellant/explosive/chemical manufacturing
• In-process testing to maintain quality and safety standards
• Documentation of test results and traceability compliance
• Support for quality assurance systems improvement

The Cordite Factory Aruvankadu Recruitment 2026 selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: Based on marks secured in Graduation/Diploma. Cut-off percentage for calling candidates for Personal Interaction/Interview will be decided by the factory.
